1- Edit hosts file.

Or you can do that with following command. $/sbin/sysctl –p – kernel.shmmax parameter must be equal to half of the physical memory – kernel.shmall paramter must be equal to page size. 3- Set limit values in limits.conf file. $vi /etc/security/limits.conf oracle soft nproc 2047 oracle hard nproc 16384 oracle soft nofile 1024 oracle hard nofile 65536 4- Open /etc/pam.d/login file and add following line. $vi /etc/pam.d/login session required pam_limits.so 5- You must disable SELINUX.
